The Mongoose MM7BSD2  AHD 7" Touch screen monitor allows you to connect up to 2 Cameras and an external BSD warning device for external pedestrian safety. It will allow you to see one or both cameras on screen at the same time.

The monitor can be used just as a standard monitor, and you can also record what the cameras see directly to a Micro SD card upto128GB. ( SD card not included). The AI monitor can also be set up to help detect other vehicles and objects in the camera's detection zones.  This can assist the driver's awareness of their environment, especially in potential driver BLIND SIDE ZONES.

It has an easy to use Menu, that allows the user to tun on/off AI BSD features as well as customise user set up.

if you choose to use the AI Blind Side Detection, you can access and even set up your own specific zones via the touch screen

9. Language – English, Chinese simplified, Chinese traditional, Japanese, Korean
10. Volume setting – 0, 1, 2, 3, 4
11. Key tone (button noise) – on, off
12. Voice control – on, off **this feature is not available**
13. Mirror setting - CH1 slider off/on, CH2 slider off/on
14. Restore factory – factory reset
15. Date and time settings – Y/MM/DD, H/M
16. Display – sliders for brightness, contrast and saturation
17. Information – version info

The MM7BSD2 monitor can connect up to 2 Cameras via the harness that uses the 4PIN AVI style plugs that is used on all our heavy-duty camera range. 

For best results, you should use AHD cameras with 720/1080 resolution. Check out our AHD heavy-duty camera range.

Once you select your camera then just need to work out what length of camera cable you need to run from the camera to connect to the monitor. Our PEC camera cables come in metre lengths of 1,5,7.5,10,15 and 20.

You can also add the Part number BSDA to the monitor. The External Audible and Visual Warning unit provides warning to pedestrians based on how you set up the warnings. You can set them up based on Camera 1, Camera 2 and set your own BSD zones.

You can also connect to the LEFT AND RIGHT TURN signals so each time you Vehicles is turning, it can provide an external warning.
